Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Service Policy Formalities provides document preparation and administrative support services. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Appointments & Booking Appointments may be scheduled online or by request. Services may be provided online or in-home, depending on the selected service. In-home appointments require travel time and preparation. Please ensure availability at the scheduled time. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments online. Online services: May be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. In-home services: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows for in-home appointments may result in a service fee to cover travel and reserved time. Payment & Refunds Payment is due at or before the time of service. Because services involve time, preparation, and document work: Fees are non-refundable once intake or document preparation has begun. If a client chooses not to proceed before work begins, payment may be credited toward a future service, at our discretion.
